Switching Off o365 Admin MFA

Log into o365 Admin Portal

Go to the Active Azure Directory Admin Centre

Select "Azure Active Directory" in the left column

Select "Properties" in the second column

Down the bottom of this page you'll see in blue text, "Manage Security defaults"

Select "No" under "Enable Security defaults".

That's it.
